Information, correction and deletion
Within the framework of the statutory provisions, you have the right to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our data protection officer.
Enquiries by email or telephone
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we will store and process your enquiry, including all data transmitted, including personal data such as your name and enquiry, for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
If your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, this data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Otherwise, if necessary for the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us, this is done on the basis of the legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR or on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Analysis tools on the website
This website uses the open source analysis software Matomo.
With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyse data about the use of our website by visitors. This allows us to find out, among other things, when which pages were accessed and from which region. We also record various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browser and operating system used) and can recognise whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks and similar).
The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing the use of its website in order to optimise it. This interest may outweigh the user’s interest in data protection, provided that no sensitive data is processed.
Matomo is configured to process personal data such as IP addresses only in anonymised form. It is therefore no longer possible to clearly identify you. In addition, Matomo does not use cookies that are stored in your browser. The hosting takes place on our own rented servers at Hetzner, so that all analysis data remains with us and is not passed on.
